AP Language students were to watch a documentary regarding a subject that had their interest. In your post briefly describe you documentary and why you chose it. Perhaps even give some examples of things you learned. Finally, suggest what type of audience would like the film ad why. I look forward to reading your posts.
I watched the documentary "Note by Note: The Making of Steinway L1037." This piece was fascinating since I play the piano and a Steinway is one of the best. I learned that it takes one year to complete a piano from start to finish and that each piano is made by hand. The final turning process takes over a month to complete and passes through the hands of at least three tuners. The soundtrack for this documentary was quite exceptional as different pianists played the concert grands that were featured. If you are a pianist or a music lover, I would highly recommend this film. It made for a very entertaining evening.
